Talbot House - Seltered  Housing Scheme

Refurbishment project by Coulsons Building Group LTD for cambridge City Council.
We were employed to undertake design & build of the buiding services (mechanical & Electrical).

The 52 week project was completed in September 2009  and consisted of 21 self contained 1 and 2 bedroom flats and communal areas.
